Access the Send Money Now option from your account dashboard and follow our quick and easy 4-step process.
- Step 1: Select whether the money will be delivered as a transfer or in cash.
- Step 2: Choose the currency to send/receive and calculate the amount of your remittance based on the daily rate.
- Step 3: Add or select the beneficiary from your recurring beneficiaries menu.
- Step 4: Confirm if the information is correct by clicking the confirm button or edit the data if there is an error.
- Step 5: Select your payment method and click on pay order.
Once you complete the above steps, you will receive your order number and payment details if you select Interac e-transfer. For this type of payment, you must make the electronic transfer from your bank’s app or website. Upon receiving notification of your payment, we will proceed to send your remittance within minutes.
