In most cases, your beneficiary will receive the money immediately! Our average delivery time is only 30 minutes.

However, in some exceptional cases, the delivery time may be slightly longer. This could be due to:

• High volume of remittances: If a large number of people are sending money at the same time, there may be some delays.
• Outside business hours: If you send money outside the usual business hours of the destination country, the beneficiary’s bank may take a little longer to process the payment.

If the payment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can also check the status of your transfer at any time using our remittance tracker.

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the amount of money sent, and the chosen payment method.
• Public holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

To initiate your application, you must send at least C$20 for payments using Interac e-Transfer or Digital Wallet and C$30 for Credit Card payments in Canada.

For all other countries, the equivalent amount in your local currency applies.

The maximum amount you can send per day is C$900 in Canada and the equivalent amount in your local currency for all other countries.

The maximum total amount you can send per month depends on your verification level.

You can pay for your application using the following methods: Interac® e-transfer, Digital Wallet and Credit Card (additional fees may apply).

Access the Send Money Now option from your account dashboard and follow our quick and easy 4-step process.

1. Step 1: Select whether the money will be delivered as a transfer or in cash.
2. Step 2: Choose the currency to send/receive and calculate the amount of your remittance based on the daily rate.
3. Step 3: Add or select the beneficiary from your recurring beneficiaries menu.
4. Step 4: Confirm if the information is correct by clicking the confirm button or edit the data if there is an error.
5. Step 5: Select your payment method and click on pay order.

Once you complete the above steps, you will receive your order number and payment details if you select Interac e-transfer. For this type of payment, you must make the electronic transfer from your bank’s app or website. Upon receiving notification of your payment, we will proceed to send your remittance within minutes.
